After DS2 is born my DH and I want to ttc our third and would love a baby girl. I've been doing some browsing and have heard good things about GD. My question is is it possible to sway while nursing my DS?
I am a vegetarian so already don't eat meat and I don't drink alcohol. What are some of the no no foods to absolutely avoid? Are there any sample meal plans or just LE is the general rule? I like to have set things to follow and will each those religiously for 12 weeks if needed. Should my husband as well? Do you check PH of your CM?
When it says at least 4 days a week of INTENSE cardio would running and walking qualify?! I love running but I know it would take a while to get back to 60min of running after my DS is born.

Hi and welcome!! Give me a few days to get to your post before you bump it, I go from oldest to newest and a bump makes it take that much longer since it goes to the top of my rotation.
Yes, it is totally possible to sway while breastfeeding and I think it really helps a pink sway.
Doing a vegetarian diet is among the best things you can do already.
There are no "forbidden" foods but just try to stay in the limits most of the time.
You don't need to have your husband do the diet. If he goes vegetarian or even just mostly, and increases intake of soy foods (that's him, not you) then that may help.
Most of us totally have given up on CM pH because so many of us got opposites that way. I got a boy with pH of 4.5 testing 2-3 times a day and then gave up checking it at all when I got my girl.
The "intense" means in amount of time, not exertion. Walking is actually fine as long as it goes 60 minutes. Please be careful with running after you have a baby, you still have a hormone called relaxin in your system and it makes it much easier for you to be injured so I would go very gently and just walk until baby is at least 6 months.!!! Clomid should be fine while breastfeeding. http://kellymom.com/nursingtwo/resou...c-while-bf.pdf
Fiber is fine by this stage as long as you add in a separate vitamin drop for baby with Vit. D and DHA in it.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
