Gender guesses for 15w sono and 12w6d skull/nub theory guesses. Help please!!

My 12 week sonogram is crappy I know. But I swear I can see a nub in there. My 15 week one was an elective for gender but the tech couldn't decide. His first guess was girl and then boy. I have a potty shot of my previous pregnant around the same time and his junk was completely visible. This one seems misleading I can't figure out what it'll be.

Maybe boy based off which pic the potty or body shot? the potty shot to me isn't clear imo. By 13 weeks my 2 boys had a clear potty shot where you saw the sac and peepee. This pottty has a sac but a V shaped tip with a little bump in between that's the part that's confusing me. The tech first guessed girl took pics, showed me why he thought it was a girl. He even explained the whole 3 lines to me, wrote hi mommy and daddy I'm a girl, then changes it to boy.

Oh no, what a unprofessional doc! I'm basing it on the potty. But, I'm really not sure, it's not a very clear potty shot either way IMO.
