Have been on ingender a while but it didn't gel with me. Too many rules and I have an OCD personality! I have read atomic posts with great interest. You make more sense than anything else I my science mind has read!
I have two boy. I am a recovered anorexia nervosa patient of 10 years. My first was conceived at a healthy weight but I was binge eating and my second was conceived underweight due to hyperthyroidism but I would have been eating normally. I am worried to mess with food too much as I don't want to get obsessive and put stress levels up and testosterone. Mostly I think the vegetarian diet looks less hassle?! I'm not sure how to go about it. My husband will not be happy for me to stop eating meat though! Anyway I'm in uk and will be hovering on the forums for some time as I am still unsure about going for a third! I had horrible comments when I was pregnant with second which caused GD during pregnancy as my second son is the fifth grandson no granddaughters on husband side for many generations

I've been skipping breakfast , gone vegetarian (bar Xmas day / Boxing Day & maybe one cheat chicken burger !) no snacking &I doing 60 mins exercise 5/6 days a week - I've added in 2/3 cups of coffee a day plus 1-2 alcaholic drinks of an evening i think this is the basic rules of Swaying girl really ... there are supplements u can take but I think the LE diet is most important .

Hi! Thank you for getting back to me! I think I will probably get a personalised plan as I know my issues are probably quite complex. What worries me is I'm not hugely sure that my diet was very boy friendly with my other two. I'm terrible with sugar and snacks like biscuits etc I have no idea when I conceived the other two either! I am going to hang out on the boards for a few months and see how I go. Best of luck to you

Hi! Yes that is exactly what I like my ED swayers to do. Just exercise (if you can do it without going to extremes) 60 min a day, 6-7 days a week, and do a vegetarian diet. Don't worry about calories, protein, fat, etc. Just go vegetarian. We do get good results with this approach and for people who do have a bit of OCD going on, it can actually sway BLUE to get too consumed with the details anyway so it's better both for your ED history and also for your sway!

For reasons we can only guess at, regardless of diet, people who are prone to or recovering from ED have more boys anyway. We do not know if it's because of personality/mental factors that contribute both to having boys and developing eating disorders (ie being a control freak) or if it's because when you've been eating very little, and start eating more, your body sees that as an improvement and thus it sways blue. Just that there seems to be a trend that way. so it's a two pronged attack of eating a vegetarian diet without starting up the control-freak stuff in your mind that helps your sway.

Oh thanks atomic! I'm so shocked you replied! Iv also just posted on the introduction bit, still getting to grips with the forum. I like this group much more than IG and as I'm a scientific and mathematical mind I like your approach tonit all. Do you think it's worth me purchasing a personalised plan?

Oh gosh, well, I try to reply to all the questions posted in the forums, just my thing I like to do.
I feel weird about telling people to buy a plan since I make $ off of them. If you feel like you can use the extra help, plans can help with that, especially in weeks/months where I'm really busy and can't be on the free forums as much as I am normally (while I do help everyone regardless of ability to pay, I do custom swayers daily and sometimes takes me as much as 5-7 days to do free forums depending on schedule) then then help me too because I don't have to work outside the home and can do this full time. But it's always up to you guys and I help everyone anyway, just takes me a little longer sometimes.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
