Comments regarding DW's diet changes- - If diet was used, length of time before attempt? Ive been following it loosely for a year I do tend to push back breakfast to 10am and try not to snack .

Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes but occasionally I do eat breakfast - usually toast with vegemite or strawberry oats . I do have coffee though in the mornings with equal.

Did DH change his diet with you? No

Comments regarding DH's diet- He is a heavy smoker , doesnt drink alcohol but lots of fizzy drinks. He doesnt eat much protein.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: - I was quite sick at conception with a head cold , and am still breastfeeding and try my best not to snack .

Things that make me nervous about my sway: - Things worth mentioning: - i did cheat abit - we went out to dinner and i ate steak once and I did eat breakfast a few times. I ate bacon and eggs the day of ovulation aswell 😣 i wasnt as strict as I was when i conceived my daughter .
