How far in advance before TTC should I start taking supplements as far as aspirin, Zyrtec, etc..? Do I need to be doing this months before or just the 2 weeks before TTC?

Also, I know atomic says no to calcium and magnesium supplements for a girl since they seem to sway boy but what about vitamin C?

And another random question - as far as wine and beer, do they sway any specific way? If TTC a girl should we avoid alcohol or does it not matter?

Ive been advised no supplements hun just cq10 and folate.. and i have a vodka and diet coke to sway girl.. good luck x

I agree, I wouldn't do vit C or any supp. All I did was folate/folic acid.

Alcohol is encouraged on a girl sway.

Aspirin (which I am no longer recommending unless under guidance of doctor) is as far in advance as possible, starting with very low dose (2x a week) and very gradually increasing to no more than 5x a week.

Zyrtec month of attempt

I think Vit. C sways blue but I do sometimes let people use it when they really think they HAVE to take something for pH. Better than a multivitamin, that's for sure.

Alcohol sways pink and our results with it have been great, but combined with aspirin can make you very very prone to bleeding and bruising (even fatally) and also when taken with Zyrtec can make you extremely drowsy. I generally don't like people mixing alcohol wiht Zyrtec. Since alcohol has gotten better results than zyrtec by far, I have been suggesting people drop Z and keep alcohol.
