As I've mentioned DH is FIFO and it wrecks havoc on swaying we try our best but sometimes the days don't match up, due to his work we only have two more months to TTC until he is away for four months. My sway is important to me but being a mother is more. While I will continue on all aspects of my sway diet wise (DH is on diet too)
what can maximise my chances so I can get a BFP in these next two cycles? Does Sperm Meet Egg pla
n work? Would love your advice and thanks to everyone esp. Atomic, the support and advice on here is above and beyond x

I think you throw ALL the patterns out the window and BD whenever he's home.

Don't try to do SMEP, just avoid many days in a row of BD (unless your fertile window is open, O-3 thru O day, then you can BD as much as you want) and many days of abstain in a row. Just go for regular BD when it's possible. That way whenever the egg shows up, you'll be ready for it.

Thanks Atomic, Hubby is on Maca capsules for fertility should he stop taking OLE as well? Does that lower conception? or is it purely for his PH (girl friendly)?

I am not a fan of Maca. There is evidence pointing both ways about its effect on sperm health and I just don't totally trust the stuff.

OLE should not impact the sperm negatively as we've had people whose husbands were on it while going HT (IVF) and their sperm count and quality did not seem to be affected in any way.
