Hi ladies,
I am trying to browse through as much info as I can for trying for a girl sway next year sometime .
I just had my second baby boy last month so next one will be definitely the last and I am seriously hoping I can get a lovely little girl. Both the times I didn't sway at all and got boys since with Insulin resistance getting pregnant was hard enough and I didn't lose a lot of weight as well. But I am trying to see how I can modify my diet ..I am currently breastfeeding as well and plan to do so for the next 18 months atleast. Need help pls.
Also I purchased the generic pink diet package last week and then realized it wnt work for pcos.Any idea if I will be able to get a customized one now without paying more?

Please give me a few days before bumping posts. Since I answer from oldest to newest, it puts your post back up to the top of my new posts and actually makes it take longer for me to get back to you.
I do custom plans for PCOSers all the time! And we have our best success rates with PCOS swayers. We have an alternate version of diet that is better for anyone with insulin resistance here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html
I'll message someone who can help us with the switchover to custom plan.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Sure thanks for coming back. Will wait for you to come back on the custom pics sway plan. I have gone through the link u be posted here too...but that there r too many doubts on what to eat and what not to eat. Also I have mild insulin resistance only not confirmed pcos too so it's all the more confusing for me.
I will wait to hear back soon.

I'm sorry I am not sure what you're asking me about the custom plan? I am really sorry but I've read several times and just not following what you're waiting for me to do.
We have everyone, even those with mild insulin resistance, follow that plan.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
