Recently I haven't been too comfortable with my sway tactics and decided to start fresh, with that being said it will leave me with 14 weeks of a strict sway for girl. Should I up this and wait another month to ttc? Doing this will up me to 17 weeks of a strict pink sway. Any thoughts?
Thank you all in advance!

Thank you for your response! I feel like I've been making one too many mistakes (cheats) here and there, don't want to be too controlling but definitely having too many foods that are not in the pink category! Thank you again for your response!

No foods are banned on the girl diet really
As long as they are in the limits?
Well that's what I thought I read anyway haha
Good luck

That's right, until a certain extent. You should avoid red meat and fish (specially fatty ones like salmon). There are foods that you can have more often, that aren't as nutritive, like lots of veggies, low fat dairy, white carbs (not too many) and others that you should keep for special occasions or a cheat.

Thank you for the info! Are these ok for PCOS diet as well, I don't think I have PCOS but I do have about 40lbs to lose to be where I'd like to be weight wise. I wasn't sure if white carbs were ok or wheat carbs, I saw atomics list and thought only whole grains were ok, I'm a bit confused on things I should totally avoid, other then meat as I am vegetarian as it is!
Thank you all For your responses I really appreciate all of the help!
