Is 6 weeks on the HE diet enough before a first attempt? I just read that 12 weeks has shown best results. Is that for the LE diet or both? Thanks!

12 weeks is ONLY on LE Diet. HE Diet seems to make faster results and 6 weeks has been effective - plus we don't want to gain too much weight. Fine to start after 6 weeks on HE Diet.
