Hi girls
I've been doing the LE diet for a couple of weeks now and lost some weight (about 2 kg)
The thing is I think I'm eating way to much egg, within food preparations, never egg alone
And I have only eaten meat (red) once in weeks.
I was wondering how many eggs it's "ok" to eat per week if there is a number
I've not eaten more calories or fat/protein than allowed by the diet
Getting really anxious here, don't want my T to go over the roof!!
Thanks [emoji1317]

Eggs on LE diet???

If you're in the limits it is fine. Sticking in the limits really does control for the amount of food you're eating. Limits first and foremost.
The reasons why the "warnings" on some foods are in the diet, is because on other sites they tell people to eat massive amounts of those foods (eggs supposedly have "progesterone" in them, even though that is not how your body gets progesterone, and progesterone has never been proven to sway pink anyway) so people who are not really doing the LE Diet come along and are eating a dozen eggs a day thinking that they're really helping their sway when they're not.
I have people regularly eat 4-6 eggs a week in addition to whatever else they're eating to boost their fertility when they need it and they still go on to get girls doing this. So I think 4-6 eggs a week is proven to be fine and many people could probably get by with more than that if they want to, it's just that this is a number I feel like I've seen people eating and getting girls doing that.Above all else, limits first! So even if you're eating 14 a week (2 eggs a day) for example, if you're in the LE limits for protein and fat, that is still ok to do.
