I cheated! Is my sway ruined?

I rarely have anything to eat after dinner until lunch the next day. But tonight I had a huge milkshake DH brought home! Was so good! Tons of calories and fat LOL. Does my body think I am more boy friendly now? Sigh. I feel so large but so satisfied! Should I fast a little longer than usual tomorrow?

We moved furniture all day today, the kids were not behaved at all, so I think DH noticed it was rough and this is what he does when he sees me stressed. He feeds me junk. Ugh. lol

Don't sweat it! It's not like you had a Big Mac and fries! I wouldn't really consider that a cheat given the fact you were moving furniture all day!

You have to remember that this diet is damn hard and you need to do stuff like this now and then. Seriously. I did. I totally had a 4th small meal/snack the month (yes I said month!!) when I conceived. I was so stressed from my DS2 needing surgery. He had to have his tonsils and adenoids taken out, because he would stop breathing in the middle of the night and wouldn't always wake up. I never slept (4-5 hours a night that month if I was lucky!), worried was an understatement, and that is what kept me sane! I still got a girl!

Remember, cheats are mandatory!!!

Don't worry, as far as cheats go I'm sure all the ladies on here (definitely including myself!) have done far far worse. If a milkshake ruined a pink sway there would probably be no baby girls on here!
