    Metamucil

    Hi all! I was wondering how many capsules of Metamucil I should have per day?? Maybe atomic knows?
    I'm only doing one but I'm afraid is not enough. Thanks!

    There is no set amount, none of us need that very high dose on the bottle. Just take one capsule before any meal you're eating with fat or fat soluble nutrients (mostly, this is skim dairy - Vit. A, D, E). You just want to absorb a little bit more of the fat and nutrients you're eating.
