    Update UPDATED!! DOES THIS PINK SWAY SOUND GOOD?

    *UPDATED!!!!!*

    Going to start swaying for baby girl! This will be my husband and I's first attempt at TTC. Before I go into my sway plan, I will say that I have not had any meat in 10yrs and have been vegan for a year. My husband has also been vegan for about 6ish months.

    Breakfast- skipping

    Lunch (1130-12pm)- 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/4 avocado, 1 cup broccoli. WITH a smoothie consisting of just frozen strawberries, raspberries, and water

    Dinner (7-8pm)- honestly the same thing as I had for lunch LOL

    In addition to what I said I will be eating for lunch and dinner, I will have NO snacks. I naturally drink tons of water. I will also be doing zumba for about 45-60 min a night.

    SOO, I think that covers it. Do you guys think this is enough?!

    I just did the math for lunch & dinner including the smoothies. Daily totals comes out to: 1,573 calories, 49 grams of fat and 42 grams of protein. Does this sound good? BTW I am 4'11 and weigh just under 100lbs.

    First off, don't feel like you HAVE to do everything that everyone else is doing. What works for one person (or many!) may not work for you. Secondly (and probably most importantly), I would add protein to your meals. There's just no possible way you'll reach the minimum protein amount (50g) by eating just rice. You also need a minimum of 30g of fat as well. Minimum calorie intake Atomic recommends is 1200 calories, but usually the general recommendation is 1500-1800. Your diet is just rice, broccoli, strawberries and apples which isn't enough at all. It is not enough nutrients and if you are eating too poorly, you won't be able to get or stay pregnant. Skip peeling the apple and just eat it as is. Apples aren't THAT nutritious anyway so it's not like you're ruining your sway eating it with the peel. Add in some beans, lentils, or tofu to get your protein up. Cook your foods in a little oil like canola or add some margarine to your rice/potatoes/veggies etc. Try adding in some other fruits and veggies as well (any you like are fine), maybe another starch like potatoes. You don't have to have sweets or pasta or coffee (although coffee is getting great results). Can you include alcohol? That's getting great results too. Keep cardio at 60 min, no less and be sure to do it at least 4 days a week. If you add in cardio, you may need to up calories. I'm only a couple inches taller than you and weigh about the same. I lost way too much weight with cardio while swaying and stopped ovulating. I would hate for the same to happen to you! Once you get a pos OPK, have your one attempt. Take clomid/femara if you can get it from your doctor. I think some of the best advice I've seen on this site is to not start out super strict on diet/swaying in the beginning and then end up not being able to get pregnant, then have to take measures to conceive that sway blue. I've just seen so many ladies here that are eating barely anything at all or are staying away from tons of different foods then can't conceive.

    Wow, thanks so much!! I will def add in some more foods. I love pinto beans, but thought the canned ones would have too much sodium. Adding in more fruits will be no problem either, as I would eat ALL of them if I could! I do not like coffee, but I CAN drink it if I add the liquid coffemate. I am actually looking at the bottle right now (Coffee-mate Peppermint mocha) do you know if this stuff is ok? If so, I could easily drink a cup of coffee per day! Thanks SO much again for your detailed response. I really appreciate it!

    PS about the alcohol, absolutely hate it! I could manage a glass a wine each night though. Not sure how wine sways.

    I need to make sure you are not counting the protein and fat in the low carb veg and fruit (so berries, broccoli)

    Low carb veg are free for everything. The fruits are free for protein and fat but you count calories.

    DO count the protein and cals in the beans, and the fat and cals in the avocado.

    But YES that is NOT going to be enough food, I do not believe in any way that this could be enough food??? I know you're petite so YMMV but for the most part, people are eating quite a lot more than that.

    yes to all of this. I really, really need to make sure that you understand aside from the beans and avocado, the protein and fat in fruits and veg do not count towards your total. We do it this way to ensure you are getting protein and fat that your body can use to remain fully fertile. I'm really concerned what you're describing is bordering on starvation and even at your height I think you will waste away eating that!

    thank you for always responding! i did not know that low carb veg are free! - that is awesome, lol. i made up that 'diet' plan without too much thought and wanted advice.. i will def be adding in more foods! i will admit, i was kind of obsessing over this whole sway plan a couple weeks ago. i think now i will just do a few things: no breakfast, no snacking, cardio every night. (and i will stay away from potatoes and bananas, only bc if start eating them i CANNOT stop, lol) i will eat big, healthy meals 2x a day and not worry about anything else. plus i am already vegan so that helps too! so thankful for this site and how nice everyone always is!!!

    You don't have to stay away from potatoes or bananas but if that works for you, totally fine as long, as you're getting enough potassium and calories otherwise.

    UPDATED!! DOES THIS PINK SWAY SOUND GOOD?

    4'11 here and my normal meals
    Dannon oiko yogurt
    Tons of vegetables
    Hummus
    Grapes
    Pineapple
    Handful of corn chips
    Baked potato with butter
    Two graham crackers

    I alternate these between lunch and dinner, Sometimes will have a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread
    Or pb on a whole grain wheat muffin
    Progressive light vegetable soup
    Two black bean tacos
    Matzo pizza
    One whole egg, and two egg whites scrambled with miracle whip on whole grain bread.
    Pinto beans and little bit of corn bread.
    Every once in a while
    I'll have chicken breast probably like once on the weekends if we grill out or go out for dinner.
    Love sweet potato fries and if I want a sweet treat for after dinner I eat a little sherbet
    I Always add in the vegetables, hummus, and fruits to each meal. Usually I eat two meals a day, but some days I'll eat three. Then I make sure to get in at least 5 days of cardio. 60 mins at a time.
    I Drink about three cups of coffee with sweet n low, then I have at least two crystal lights a day, Coke Zero about two of those, sometimes more sometimes less
