I am traveling to NY next month I want to take the oportunity to do more research and also the pretesting.

My questions is how are the labs in NY to they require refereral papers from the clinics? Or you can go to one request the exams and pay for them? Are the testing expensive taking in account that I don't have any insurance in US?
