    Cuppa tea

Hello, I知 wondering why a cup of tea with milk and sugar is not recommended for a pink sway? Is it because it raises blood sugar levels in the same way as a meal? And if so would it be ok to only have one immediately after a meal? Thank you! (I知 not English but I do love my English Breakfast Tea!)

I thought it was something to do with the higher nutritional content (as opposed to coffee)???

    I soooo miss my tea!

I'm not sure of the logic but being British and a major tea drinker when convincing my son I really believe it sways blue! My mum is a massive coffee drinker never tea and has 2 girls!

Definitely not British, but I lived there for years and my husband is from there, and I honestly drink 5 cups a day (2 boys! haha) Starting my plan on Monday - really can't stomach coffee unless someone has an amazing suggestion to make it bearable?????? Honestly, if I accidentally take a sip of my husband's coffee I spit it right out, no matter where I am (SO dramatic!!!) Any tips would be soooooo appreciated!!!!

My pet theory is actually because the forms of caffeine in tea as compared to coffee are completely different. We call it caffeine, but the stimulant in caffeinated tea is a different compound. Either way, we seem to notice tea sways blue compared to coffee.

we just have observed that women who drink tea (myself included) seem to have more boys conceived and since it isn't strictly necessary I tend to leave it out.

mamasboys I was the same, absolutely hated it but I've been forcing myself to drink it and now I can stomach it. Still don't like it and I'm looking forward to not having to drink it any more but glad I can add it in to my sway.

There is also the angle that tea may have some phytoestrogen activity and/or coffee may affect blood sugar in a pink friendly way.
