Insight on LH, FSH and Estradiol numbers?

My results were flagged as normal, but my ratio isn't 1:1.

Estradiol: 46 pg/ml (27-122)

LH: 3.0 mIU/mL (2.8-8.8 )

FSH: 6.6 mIU/mL (3.8-8.8 )

These were technically taken CD 1 or 2, as well, and not the normal CD 3.

I've read that a ratio like this is linked to ovarian insufficiency -- but my AMC and AFC were also ruled normal. All results are normal, but maybe not "optimal." My FT4 is low normal, and a lot of people on thyroid boards are convinced that's why I'm losing so many babies.

Both my low FT4 and low LH could ALSO be a pituitary problem, since my TSH is also low and it's unusual to have both low TSH and FT4 (and I've pressed my endo on it for years).

I guess I'm worried now from stuff I've read that IVF might not even be successful for my ratio, but every doc keeps saying I'm normal (am I?) or stuff says if there was really a problem at these numbers, I wouldn't be getting pregnant (I am).

Any thoughts?!
