I was hoping I could get some answers about whether or not exercise is okay during the period of possible implantation. I've researched on Dr. Google and am finding conflicting information. The one thing that seems universally agreed on from what I've read is that strenuous exercise during the period of possible implantation is not advisable. However, I am not finding clear answers about whether or not it is best to do some light to moderate exercise or if it's best to avoid exercise as much as possible. I've read that light exercise (such as walking) can be good for implantation because it promotes blood flow to the uterus. But then I've read that some IVF clinics advise patients to avoid exercise during the period of implantation. So I am not sure what is best?
My usual level of activity is moderate cardio 2-3 times a week (usually 30 minutes at a time), and strength training once a week. I personally don't see how walking could be harmful to implantation but that's just my opinion.
Thanks!

Implantation and Exercise

If exercise (even fairly strenuous) could prevent pregnancy the entire human race would have died out a long time ago.
Much of the advice online is "just in case" thinking and not proven in any way (and honestly not even common sense!!)
IVF pregnancies are different because there is so much "unnatural" stuff going on with them that we take every precaution. But in traditional conceptions there is just no logical way that some exercise prevents a baby from being made!! Women ahve to work hard every darn day and the planet is crawling with humans!!!!
