    Rise milk

Hello What do u think about rise milk? It contains just 1% of fat and 0,3g of protein in 100ml. I dont drink it but make dessert pudding from it. It doesnt contain any vitamins just rise water.

It's fine as long as you don't have PCOS. It is too carby for those with PCOS but for anyone else it's fine.

I drank it with my successful sway!
