I was going through some of my old notes from back in June this year when I first started to research about swaying. I found something about soft drink / soda.
It said that diet soda will lower PH, is that true?
Should I swap to normal soda ?

November 1st, 2011, 05:06 AM #2Yes, diet soda contains artificial sweetners which lower pH and many of us ttc girls include it in our sways - some of us also include normal soda. I think many of the ttc boy mums are soda drinkers and I believe most have chosen to drop it all together. 2005 2005 2007 2007 2009 2009 2012 2012
