    HI and welcome!

    Most people at 24 get pregnant very easily and you very likely will.

    I personally don't believe in the lunar calendar, and would suggest the OPK tests. They do work, not perfectly but good enough.

    At 24, if you eat right and exercise a little here and there you should have no problem at all having a healthy pregnancy!

    That's what I thought about it before. But i think ,there are really some who has the tough time. Perhaps, you just need to consult your doctor about it if you are pursuing to have a child.
