NEW..TTC Boy! Where do I start?

TTC Boy and I am getting mixed messages....Are there a few techniques that you ladies can share to help raise my PH and hopefully make a boy. I already am on the HE diet...

Any help will be appreciated.

Many swayers (both pink and blue) have given up on fiddling with pH because we've found it doesn't work and just stresses everyone out. Atomic has an essay on it here: The pH pickle

Yeah, there are mixed messages since there are mixed results. A lot of us on here got opposites with pH (myself included I got a boy with pH of 4.5-5 range that never went up till after I was already pregnant)

It's fine to do pH stuff if you want to, though. I prefer you guys do Preseed or Conceive Plus. If you MUST do baking soda stuff, I prefer baking soda finger with Preseed (but I honestly don't love baking soda at all!) Just be sure you stay away from egg whites as they may cause infections that can cause or contribute to miscarriages.
