Since doing diet and losing weight I have noticed my cycles have gotten longer by a few days going from 31/32 to 35-37. Also noticed much less ewcm during fertile window and around ovulation. I’m not ttc yet. Will be in about 2 months. My question is should I start Vitex to regulate cycles??
Thanks so much [emoji177]x

I answered this in the other spot you asked it, but if someone else has the same question, no, because your cycle is shorter since you lost weight. The only time Vitex helps with a longer cycle is when that longer cycle is caused by PCOS or PCOS tendencies. Anyone whose cycles are longer from losing weight need to stay away from vitex, it's like throwing gas on a fire and can make your ovulation totally stop.
