Should I sway now or wait until I can be more strict on certain things?
Now:
- I’m low fat vegan/plant based 95% of the time
- I’ve been doing LE but relaxed in that I sometimes have a 4th meal if I’m starving. I’d say I’m 80/20 on LE rules of when I eat but mostly always within daily limits
- I’m below post partum weight going plant based
- I do coffee and wine on the reg (but I do have two coffees with flavored creamer in between meals and maybe that is really not LE as it’s keeping my blood sugar up?)
- I’m pumping breastmilk but I’m in the weaning phase of this as my supply is dropping
- I’m constantly “on the go” with my kids so while I’m technically not exercising I’m never sitting down and my entire day is akin to a marathon
I COULD wait and be much more strict with LE, add in exercise but I’ll likely wean soon as my supply is dropping on its own. I’d also probably have to work on maintaining weight instead of losing if I exercise.
We’d have one attempt or every 4 days depending on if I can get my cycle to cooperate as it’s still a little erratic from bfing hormones.
What’s the better sway? I did have my only DD while nursing my oldest which is why I’m stuck on keeping this as a sway tactic.
Thanks for your input!

It's not a matter of being "strict", it's a matter of time overall on diet. So if you've been 80-20ing it for at least 6 weeks, I'd consider starting to try, if 8-10 even better, and if 12 or more I would totally have you go for it.
We don't know what the better sway is. two different groups of people do the methods and they are not comparable. I prefer you guys start with one attempt but not everyone does. Totally up to you.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
