Hi! Can someone remind me what are the best supper for DH to be on? He’s agreed to no red meat and mostly vegetarian (bar a little chicken and fish). Hopefully once he is over the flu he can start some cardio.
Any other sway tactics for DH would be appreciated!

Olive leaf for DH

If he is willing to give up red meat and go mostly vegetarian that's about as good as any of us can get. Most of our husbands won't even sway at all.
Are you asking me about supplements?!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Oh ok LOL I think we had a spellcheck issue there.
I can't totally recommend supps for people without a custom plan since I don't know anyone's medical history and some supps aren't right for some people (especially the DH supps, a couple of which can be actually harmful)
But OLE seems pretty well tolerated (always double check with doctor and against any medication he's taking) and I would give him 500 mg daily started right away, carry on till BFP, at which point he should gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop. This is INSTEAD OF cranberry. Do not give him cranberry AND OLE, it needs to be one or the other
Some people also give their husbands peppermint tea OR licorice root, I don't think either of these is effective (and LR has gotten just terrible results lately!plus it may be harmful)
I would have him drop probiotics and multivitamins if taking them
Some give their husbands calcium/magnesium, I don't believe in this and do not use it for men over 40 as it may contribute
to heart disease later in live) Your choice, just give him the kind that does not have added Vit D
Some give their husbands 12-48 oz soy milk and/or other soy foods every day. No good for those with thyroid issues or allergies and may harm sperm quality!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ahhh haha! Yes definitely a spell check problem! My husband is very healthy, no medications so I think we will do olive leaf and get him on soy- how long should he be on those before ttc?
He currently is on antibiotics (a STRONG course) due to having bronchitis- he’s been asking me to get him some probiotics (he hasn’t got any thrush or anything), should I hold off on the probiotics? We are planning to ttc in May.
I’ve been vegetarian since early March, and trying to follow LE... I’m finding it quite challenging to work out if I’m in the right ranges for fats and protein though [emoji17]

If he's had antibiotics he needs some probiotics for his long term health. Don't worry about your sway, this is much more important and probiotics have never been shown to sway for DH either way, it's simply a precaution we take to have men avoid them.
As far in advance as possible.
Can you please tell me more about your confusion re fat and protein limits?!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I’m just struggling to track it, especially if it’s home made food. I would say I’m on the lower end of protein as I’ve given up all meat... other than the odd tuna sushi.
I do however have a lot of salad and use olive oil - is olive oil a big no no for swaying pink or is it ok within the limits?

Everything is ok within the limits, including olive oil.
Just estimate home cooked food to the best of your ability. It doesn't have to be exact, just ballpark figures.
Oh yes we often have this situation arise with Australians and OLE. We don't know if they measure it differently and that may be the same amount OR if it is meant to be stronger for short term use only. We've tried asking the companies and they don't seem to know either. So, what most people do is just try to find one that's measured the same OR take that kind every other day instead of daily.!!!
