I know that lubricants and things like sylk and acijel cut odds of conception so how do I avoid painful sex? Is foreplay ok? Do I need to avoid the big O?

Embarrassing question 🤭

I think it would be criminal for a sway to advocate avoiding foreplay!
I always had big O before my DD. always always. But if you're not comfortable having an orgasm, foreplay should be fine. Being in pain during sex doesn't sway!

What I have people do is use the smallest amount of Preseed or Conceive Plus that they possibly can. Just a tiny amount, the barest minimum you can get away with. We've had good results doing this. Larger amounts may sway blue.
Foreplay is probably ok but since technically you aren't supposed to do Big O I would think that's going to be torturing yourself for no reason LOL.
The conventional wisdom of swaying lore holds that female O is best avoided for pink. I have a full essay on the topic here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...s-swaying.html While I do think that there is an overall (fairly strong) trend towards parents of boys being more sexual than parents of girls, we have done polls on this and seen a good number of moms of girl(s) who do regularly have them and the occasional mom of boys who never does. It's just overall there is a trend towards more sex = more boys. But this does not then mean that female orgasm CAUSES boys to be conceived, could very well be instead that higher levels of some sex hormones = both more sexual and more sons conceived.
FWIW I had one when I got my DD. So I know it's possible to do. My husband would have flipped his lid if I would have not been having O's (he gets upset almost to the point of obnoxiousness when I don't) so I figured it was way less "swaysession" to just let that element go than to sit around fighting over it!!!!
