Thank you!!! I was swaying pink in May/June and decided to give up swaying since this is my first. I still followed some of the girl diet principles (kept sodium low, etc), but did not watch my caloric intake any longer. I generally don't eat between meals and only eat if I'm starving, so maybe that helped? I also drank a huge glass of organic 2% milk with Nestle chocolate syrup every morning for the entire month of July (O'd on 7/29). I know high fat dairy is a big no-no on the girl diet, but I wanted to get pregnant quickly and high fat dairy is supposed to help your fertility. I was also VERY stressed with work the week after O, but I guess the testosterone induced by stressed didn't matter! We also DTD on O-1 and O, so obviously, timing didn't matter either (at least for me!). I didn't exercise either!
