Hi all!
Thought I’d jump in and introduce myself to the blue swayers. There’s so so much info here and I’m trying to soak it all up.
I have two girls, age 14 (from first marriage) and 9mths (current marriage) and also a teen stepson. I’m from a family of three girls, and my sister has two girls also (the other sister has no children). Our family is the only one on my mom and dads side that had no boys and I have this deep down fear, maybe I can’t carry a boy.
There’s a lot of interesting info about diet I’ve learned on here and it gives me hope. Although my girls are 15yrs apart, my dietary habits were not very different with each. If y’all want me to go into that I can. With my second girl, the only swaying I did, was timing. Because my husband has a son and wanted a daughter, I didn’t put any effort into a true sway attempt. We bd once on O day and I thought I’d put it in God’s hands, and he gave me the sweetest baby girl I could ask for.
I’m not getting any younger (38) and although I’m still breastfeeding (which I know sways pink), I’m giving the HE diet a chance this time because I really want to raise a son. And my Dad would be over the moon to have a grandson. It’s been about two weeks, and I’m struggling keeping up with it. I really feel like my previous diet gave me my girls. We are planning ttc in August.
Anyway that was way longer than I planned, but glad to meet you ladies! Oh, my names Jenn btw

Hi and welcome!
NO ONE can't carry a baby of a certain gender. There is a very, very small number of women who will miscarry boys half the time (or half their boys will have a genetic disorder) but when that's the case you will see a history of mysterious miscarriages and male babies who died very young after strange illnesses that doctors did not understand. Unless you have that in your family history (and it has to be on your mom's side, not your dad's; your dad's side cannot have anything to do with this type of gender-linked disease) then it's very, very unlikely that you have that going on. (and even if you did, you'd still be able to carry boys!) I have some essays about all that here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/swa...by-gender.html and here https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...make-boys.html
yes please follow that link ks posted and please share your diet and stuff when you got your girls! That info is invaluable to us!!
Please don't hesitate to let me know how I can help with diet. You don't have to do EVERYTHING in the HE Diet every day. It's fine to do some things some days, other things other days. The only goal to really aim at is eating more nutrients than when you got your girls! You DON"T have to do the HE Diet, as written, perfectly all the time. No one eats like that every single day! So please feel free to stay flexible and ask me anything that is confusing or hard to stick with!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

hi baby 42019! I can understand your fears of not being able to have a son. I have that in the back of my head as well... however I'm trying for a son in July. In fact, Atomics essay was what encouraged me to try one more time.
Would be nice to chat with someone and help each other out with our daily swaying 'weak spots' lol (I opened a thread for summer blue swayers)
I envy all the ladies who had a completely different diet when they had girls, because they can change much now with HE. I was always on HE diet somehow (always ate a lot haha) maybe not so protein rich... and had 3 daughters
