Hi all! I am new to this site and looking for some advice and information about a girl gender sway after my upcoming endometriosis laparoscopy. I am worried if I put too much focus on the timing of BD before ovulation it will make it even harder to conceive with my endometriosis. Has anyone had a successful gender sway after a laparoscopy surgery? What were some of the things you did before surgery that helped? I’m thinking if I start the diet now, with my surgery in August, I will hopefully be in a good shape for when we TTC in September. I probably won’t be able to work out as much as I am supposed to for a girl sway because of recovering from surgery so any other helpful tips would be great! Also I will be on a pretty limited diet after the surgery anyways for a couple weeks (eating mostly jellos, broths, etc.)...Any idea of other good post surgery foods that will help with TTC a girl? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!! Fingers crossed!!

Hi and welcome!
Timing doesn't sway and most of us on here have the opposites to prove it! You can read the case against timing here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...le-timing.html The important thing is to have one attempt in the fertile window to start off with.
I prefer that my clients with endometriosis follow a different version of the diet (and it gets better results anyway) you can find that here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc...-sugar-issues=
The restrictive diet after your surgery should only help since it's going to be much less nutrients than you're used to. I do want you on the diet I posted above prior to the surgery though.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you so much Atomic! I do have a question though after reading theough and starting the diet. The link you posted is for women with Hypo and Hyperglycemia...is that the one I should be following for Endometriosis? If so, is there one I should be doing of the two (hyper or hypo) diets?
Really appreciate all of your help!
