2 LH surges? BD again?

I got a positive opk Friday morning, which lasted all day. We BD’ed early Saturday morning. I continued taking opks and it looks like I had a very short surge this morning(Monday.) So, I’m confused. Is O day really tomorrow instead of Saturday? And I’m swaying for girl. When should I BD again? (I’m on femara) Thanks in advance!!

YES BD again just to be on the safe side if you haven't already! Going from Saturday morning all the way through till Tuesday (which is when you'd be likely to O from a Mon. surge) would be every 4 days and you should BD definitely.

It's most likely that this is just a fluke but just in case, BD (when in doubt, BD!)

Ok, thanks! I have to know O as best I can because I have to start medicine a few days after. Should I still count O as Saturday? Or is there really no way to know?

There is really no way to know without having blood tests or ultrasounds. Usually when you have to start the medication, they will give you a scan or a blood test to confirm O. I'm assuming this is progesterone, right?? I'd split the difference between the earliest day you may have Oed and the latest day you may have Oed. As long as you've Oed, it's ok to start the prog after that.

No harm in starting the lovenox sooner, it won't delay ovulation.
