I switched my morning coffee to no calorie sweetener and 4 tbsp 2% milk so it stays under 50 calories and I don't break my fast. But most days I can't drink it because it just doesn't taste good to me. And now my energy is seriously lacking by the afternoon! Anything that could help with energy that doesn't mess up my sway?

Strawberrybella are you doing 2 or 3 meals? If 2, maybe try adjusting your meal times, so as an example: 10am, 2pm and 7pm? That gives you 15 hours between dinner and first meal and is definately enough fasting time. Even 9am for your first meal would be ok.

It switches every week depending on my wife's work schedule so one week I eat 2 meals because she gets off at 5 30 and we eat dinner then. The next week she works till 7 30 so I eat a mini meal around 4 to get me to 7. Do you think it's just a food thing? I've been on this diet so long it's just how I'm used to eating now

Healthy ideas: taking a speed walk to help you wake up. Washing your face or showering with cool water. I rememberreading someone say that if you feel tired at work/studying but need to keep going, that putting on a clean shirt, clean socks, and washing your face does wonders for making you feel refreshed (disclaimer: I don't remember who said that and I've never tried it).
Unhealthy idea: just force the coffee down black, people say it's an acquired taste.born 2017 after girl sway: AI + Clomid

Well, since coffee sways pink I'd have you drink the coffee with regular sugar in it. Even though it's a little cheat, you still get the benefits of the coffee and the small amount of sugar will burn off quick. It's not ideal but I did it that way and still got a girl! Living without sugar in my coffee was just not worth it to me LOL and I had coffee with real sugar every morning during my successful sway.

Maybe some diet soda? I always had a Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke as my afternoon snack/pick me up before DD. And atomic often cites the girl meal of diet pop and a candy bar - it's not very healthy and can lead to a crash, but is a quick source of energy too.

I would drink soda if I could but it does not taste right after having my youngest! I haven't had a soda in over 5 years!

I think it's probably going off the coffee but yeah try eating a light meal before exercise and see if it helps.
