Hi . I'm a mother to 2 beautiful boys but I would like to try sway to a little girl if possible. I'm trying to conceive and I've been trying to do some research into the diet to help sway pink and I'm starting to get confused by different foods you can and can't eat. Any help would be much appreciated .

Most of us on here got boy opposites with the old-school sway diet (with all the dairy and stuff) so most of us use a different type of diet and you can find that here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...l-version.html
We don't believe that individual foods sway. We believe it's the overall nutrient content of your diet and not any magic foods. I have a couple of diet faq's that may help answer your questions too: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...-diet-faq.html and https://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc...s-edition.html
Any questions you have, just ask away! That's what I'm here for! It is easier for me to answer specific questions because I don't know what you know and what you need help with.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I do not even know where to begin..so here goes nothing. I have one boy and we are thinking of ttc pink soon. When i had my ds i had a big cyste on my ovary (found out at the 12wk ultrasound). I also ate a lot of bananas, was quite active and ate cereal with maca and oils with vit e. Also vitamin pills etc. Dh was still studying and also active but eating bad. We were not trying to conceive my ds and we probably dtd just a few times without protection. We are both quite thin naturally.
Now im still breastfeeding my ds (he is from april 15). I am thin, bmi around 18/19. My cyste is gone. It has been quite the hot summer here and my dh cycles every day 90min to his work. Also we were having colds a lot this summer.
I am so confused on what to do. I would like to start a le diet but as i am naturally thin and loose weight easy, i am afraid.
I read about a lot of foods/herbs/medicine that sway pink like spearmint thee, saw palmetto, baby asperine, coffee, magnesium, calcium etc. But should i start taking one of those... There is just so much information..i have no clue anymore.
Just started reading this forum, have no clue how it works..am i even posting this correct??

I was trying cutting out breakfast and starting meals later in the day . Upping in take of dairy staying away from red meat things like that . But when reading up one place says to avoid certain foods and the next says to eat them . I'm also a little worried to mess too much as I have pcos and also a thyroid problem and taking supplements I am unsure of as it might effect my medication so I also wanted to know is it necessary to take the supplements or can it just help by diet alone? Also should my husband by following a similar food plan ?

Hi ladies
I am also feeling confused about what should be sized for supplements I’m preparing but still on mini pill and taking folic but should I be taking magnesium and calcium as extra too? I took a prenatal with my first which I now realise is more effective for boy sway.
Also should DH be taking anything I did order some olive leaf for him! What about liquorice?
Thanks

I eat later in the day, cranberries, crystal light, white carbs- everything I read and i am still 6.75 in PH hmmmm. I need help too! I have two boys and my heart aches for a little girl!

Ladies, I am one person and I can only do so many questions in a day. I do this as a full time job and I work 360 days a year or more as it is, so please give me a couple of days to reply to you. I will always answer ALL questions that are asked. There are tons of people on this site who will also chime in to answer but many times they wait for me to reply before chiming in.

AH! Problem solved! Yay an easy fix!
You are not meant to test your URINE pH! That is totally normal urine pH. None of those things would affect your urine pH!! The pH you're meant to be testing for swaying is your cervical mucus pH of your EWCM around ovulation. Urine will not ever be affected by douching, jellies, and is BARELY affected by cranberry/Crystal Light.
So, easy fix, stop testing urine pH. If you're around ovulation, you can test your EWCM by getting some with your finger and smearing it on the pH sticks and seeing what it says.I have a guide about how to test pH here: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...-ph-dh-dw.html and for those who haven't seen this already, pH has a lot of evidence indicating it really doesn't work and many of us on this site (myself included) have pH opposites to prove it. I have an investigation about pH here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...ph-pickle.html
