I dont snack at all, never have been much of a day snacker but after my dinners the past month I usually reach for a handful or two of garden veggie chips and something small for my sweet tooth. I try not to have a crazy amount of these chips and I try not to leave it too long after dinner so it wont be considered a "snack", hoping that would count as just part of my meal lol Then I dont eat the rest of the night. Im wondering though since they are like chips if these sorts of things are not good on the LE diet, if I am following almost all LE diet "rules" that are known to me and dropping weight. Should I stop eating them?
These are the specific ones

Those are fine to have as long as you have them with a meal. Absolutely ok and I ate something very similar when I got my girl.
On some swaying sites they have chips down as "swaying blue" but the reason is because those sites believe that the only thing that matters is sodium, and chips have sodium. But that entire concept is silly and based on experiments done in animals that don't even reproduce the way that human beings do. It is the overall nutrient content of your diet as a whole that matters and not "magic foods" and as long as you're in the limits of the diet, you are fine to continue eating them.!!!
