anyone notice a change in saliva ferning od diet, supps?

I have been using a saliva microscope for many months. I always O on day 12 or 13 and start gettin ferns on cd 7 ad they gradually increase until the day before O. This month, after being on diet, peppermint and vitex for just over 3 weeks, I am on cd 9 and have none. I still think I will o on time because of cervical signs. Does this mean my estrogen has decreased? It must, right? Since saliva ferns are directly related to estrogen?

So my opk turned positive,.my cm changed, although there was way leas than usual and my temps are rising so I did ovulate. Typically, on cds I-3, 4 About 25% of the microscope field has ferns. O-2, is about 50% ferns and O-1 is close to 100% ferns. This month, there were no ferns at all unill O-2 when there were a few tiny ferns. On O-1, there was about 10% and that was it!
