November 22nd, 2011, 03:26 PM #4Dibbles, are you doing the IG diet or more of a high everything from this site? Because the diet on this site is more varied so hopefully you don't get sick of it. I don't think the IG diet is healthy or varied enough for optimal fertility, to be honest. I know it gets tiring to be eating all day, and lord knows I gained a good 35lbs on the boy diet (IG for 5 months and high everything for another 11) but I quit recently and am just eating well and losing the weight now. Just do your best! Even if you are not eating a zillion nutrient-packed calories a day, if you are eating differently than before and eating more and gaining some, you are putting yourself in boy zone.

Am avoiding sweet things though and a friend just brought cocoa coating almonds from switzerland and omg I am cravvvvvvving them. I have them hidden in my room so no one gets to them before I can >
