want to try lunaception this month as af started today. got my room dark. i read you just turn the light on for 3 days around when you want to o. if i want to O on cd 14, when should i turn on the light? cd 12? has anyone had success with lunaception?

From what i understand, you have to sync your body with the light for a few months to get it working.

I've read this http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...naception.html again, and I understand it the same way you do. So probably turn the light on on CD12 and hopefully you'll O on CD14.
Maybe it does take few months, but won't hurt to start this cycle, and who knows, maybe you'll get lucky!
