    A few questions!

Just have a few questions I’m hoping I can get some advice o !

-So I started the LE diet early December. With Christmas and New Years I definitely had more cheat days than I should have had. The general idea we had was 8 weeks on the diet and then try, because if it took a few months then I’d be on the diet much past 12 weeks at that point. Should I count December in there or just start fresh? Is 8 weeks and then continuing until pregnant good?

-The hardest part of the diet is staying under for the fat limit. How big of a concern is that? Sometimes I go over by like 200 calories (so maybe 1900-2100 rather than 1800), is that a big concern? In my custom plan atomic has me taking fiber. Will this help combat the fats?

-When it comes to the actual attempts, I’m not super sure how to go about this. I’m on birth control right now and have been for awhile. If we want to try in March, do I come off of it earlier than March? When during the cycle should I come off of it?

-Are pickles an okay food to have?

-When it comes to the attempts, DH has what’s called vericocle, which has been shown to affect sperm count and quality. Should we get one of the at home tests to check his sperm count? Either way should this change on how we do anything?

    Thank you!

Please give me more than a day to answer questions in the free forums (and since you're a custom swayer, if you post in the custom sway forum you'll get quicker response) before bumping. Since I go from older to newer (with some exceptions) then when you bump it just makes me take longer to reply since the post returns to my "new" posts.

I would count Dec. in the diet. No need to start fresh. Many times people think they cheated horribly, they've really done much better than they realized. It's all about limits and not so much "magic foods".

Can you tell me what you think the limit is on fats? Many people have the fat limit set really low. And also you do not count the fats in fruit and vegetables in the limits for the day. Often people go over but only because they're counting them.

Are you counting the calories in low carb veg?? They are free for calories and this may help drop you below the 1800. Many times people do end up going to 1800-2000 so it's not a dealbreaker when it happens sometimes.

Yes fiber is meant to absorb some of the fats and fat soluble vitamins from your food.

Pickles are fine. Some people once said to avoid them because they're salty, but we have not found that salt matters at all to swaying.

I had you start off doing a normal sway despite the varicocele since you're young and we don't know that it will even be hard for you guys to conceive. If you don't get pregnant quickly we will adjust at that point. I don't think you need to do the at home test for the sperm count - I expect that given your ages you'll get pregnant quickly despite the varicocele.
