boy moms and dads and caffeine intake

ive been looking around at my friends and notice the ones with boys...their dh's dont drink any sort of caffeine on a regular basis. my dh on the other hand has been steadily drinking coffee and soda since college. he is in his mid 30s now. im already knocked up..and he was on all sorts of supplements to repair sperm/improve count. he SORT of decreased his caffeine intake but not much.



just wanted to see if there are any "all-boy" or "some-boys" families out there where DH was a caffeine-aholic?

Hmmmmm my oh doesn't drink it at all,we have 2ds??

I wouldn't say that he is a caffeine-aholic but he does have a latte everyday, likes his green tea and likes his "Mother" which is a drink like Red Bull that has high doses of caffeine in it on the weekends if he is tired. He doesn't really drink any soft drinks only if I buy coke zero for myself, then he will go and help himself but wouldn't intentionally go out and buy it. We have 2 DS's. Hey Gizmo, I was wondering how you were! How's everything going?

My DH drinks coffee daily, and I had him switch to decaf for the sway but he still had some regular a couple times a week. I think he was drinking coffee when we conceived our DS? I don't remember.

The guy DH works with chews tobacco, drinks a HUGE thermos of coffee a day, and smokes "special cigarettes" and has 2 boys. My BIL drinks coffee and iced tea and has 2 boys. I know a family with BBGB where the dad drinks a ton of coffee and smokes. And I know a guy who owns a coffee shop (don't know if he drinks the stuff, but he must!) who has BGBB. If I think of more, I will let you know.

My husband didn't with my first 2 boys but with my last 3 children (1 girl and 2 boys) he was drinking energy drinks.

DH drink lots of coffee and caffeine and we have 3 boys....

My DH doesn't drink coffee at all (can't stand the stuff) and only has the occassional cup of tea like once in a blue moon and we have a gorgeous DS.

my DH drinks a LOT of cola, we have one DS (but I did have a very blue lifestyle at the time too)

My DH drinks tea on a daily basis and we have 3 boys! He hates coffee and coca cola so has never drank any of those. Hopefully for our sway he can reduce the ammount of tea he drinks x

Always exceptions but I think that low/moderate caffeine tends to = more boys while very high caff intake = more girls.
