I have two little boys and am thinking about swaying for a girl! I was told 6 years ago before my first that I had polycystic ovaries (I used to have irregular periods however after my 2nd boy who is almost 2, they are very regular.) but I don’t have any symptoms for PCOS. Should I try the regular LE diet first?

If you're following the LE PCOS-type diet it is fine and in fact beneficial to have coffee.
PCOSers who don't adjust their diets, eat tons of sugar and empty carbs, etc, may be better off leaving coffee alone but we have found it is not only fine, but also helps improve insulin response over time (which is why it may help prevent type 2 diabetes). If you're on the alternate diet then coffee is fine and 100% atomic approved.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
