My partner lifestyle. Does it sway girl?

My boyfriend is a bit overweigh now (he is 190 cm per 94-97 kilos, belly fat only), drinking alcohol daily due to his job - restaurant and craft beer - (1 or 2 glasses of craft beer), no smoking, eating high salt and fatties and meat, very little sleep (6 hours) and stressing life. During the day and till 3 pm he stays with the kids and then he goes work at 5 pm till around 1.30 am and sometimes 2.30 - 3.00 am in the weekends.
No exercising at all atm, but in his teens and till 26 he was a professional basketball player if this matters - he still has muscle mass (legs - shoulders - arms) , but he has belly fat and looks a little over weight.
We hardly bd (twice per month average?) but Idk how often he releases by himself ... does this info count?
He suffers from epistasis and he has high pressure when very stressed. He is 36 yo (turning 37 in November).
Does any of these elements + this lifestyle somewhat sway girl?
We are not ttcing actively, but is his lifestyle girl friendly as it is?
    Ty!!
