FISH test of semen for TTC pink

Hi ladies, in Italy there is a test (FISH test), which can analyze the sperm, any anomalies and how many x and y there are.
Do you suggest to me (to my DH LOL), to take the test? The price is 150 euro, and I would like to know if it makes sense for you to take the test before starting the LED (I'll buy the costumized plan).

And... If we take the test, how many days of abstinence my DH will must have (37 years old, not smoker, almoust perfect BMI)?

No. I never recommend having sperm tested for any other reason than fertility problems. It tells us nothing for swaying. Men make about 50-50 X and Y sperm and no test in the world can tell us if he's more "set" for making sons or daughters.

2-4 days before any sperm test of abstinence.
