I have *some* signs that OV is coming:
- fade in is starting on my OPKs (indicating OV could be within the next 1-5 days)
- my temp has dropped like it normally does a couple of days before OV
but then I normally also get plenty of EWCM, and this cycle I have virtually none. I was dry yesterday, I am dry today. Could the diet have suddenly dried me up like this? I haven't taken ANY antihistamines or medication. I used RepHresh this morning, but hadn't had any yesterday and was dry then anyway.
My CBFM is giving me "high" readings, but I had 8 readings before my peak last time and I've had 5 high days so far this cycle including today.
I'm taking vitex, vit B6, folic acid, and omega 3. Nothing else. I'm also drinking RLT which, as a side effect, can produce excess CM but I've never experienced anything extra as a result.

eee!! just used an expired clearblue OPK (6 months expired) but got a pos on it! so just used a Tesco own brand one and got a pos on that too so I think my surge is starting!!
also just had a bit of EWCM too.
it's attempt time tomorrow morning and hopefully peak on my CBFM tomorrow morning too!
feel so excited! this is it!

I do think the diet can change things pretty drastically sometimes! Vitex over the course of time may also dry you up.
