So I have been on the diet for 3 months now & we are coming up to the week of our 1 attempt. I was a huge cereal eater *at least 2 times a day..I really love cereal lol* and have given that up, I have walked for an hour 5 days a week, added Metamucil to my diet, stopped breakfast, etc. My DH even started running & dropped red meat but last night he woke up with an awful fever & went to the dr today & has strep throat really bad. They gave him Penicillin & now I read somewhere that antibiotic strongly sway blue. Is that just if I was to be on antibiotics or does it sway blue if my husband is taking them? Does this mean we have to cancel trying this month? We have 2 months to try before he has to be away for work & I really am worried about having 1 month to try before another break but I also don't want to try if this is going to ruin our sway. Please help! Thank you!

I have never seen a scrap of reliable scientific information that antibiotics sway blue in 10 years of researchign swaying. It's all based on that old outdated pH stuff that never worked (and most of us on this site, myself included, have pH opposites). Plus, we have good data indicating that probiotics sway blue, so it doesn't make sense that antibiotics could also be swaying blue somehow!!
I would go for it!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
