17weeks 5days ultrasound, please guess

I am new here and I am Japanese. In Japan, the doctor usually doesn't tell the gender before 22 weeks. But I already have 3 boys and 1 girl and they really would love to have one more girl so I am so nervous and would like to know the gender as soon as possible. at the 12 weeks and 0day, I thought I saw a boish nub, so I have been in a depression since. I am not sad because of the gender result but I am too afraid of what the other people will say to me if it's a boy. but when I saw the ultrasound at 17 weeks and 5 days, I saw a lips or a leave instead of penis. Is it a girl? I would like you ladies to guess the gender, please. Thanks.
