What seafoods are off limited for conceiving a girl? I have some red snapper is that ok for girl diet?

You can have red snapper once a week when TTC. But if you have had snapper, do not have any other kind of fish that week.
Seafood is not off limits for the girl diet and in fact it's my fave meat "cheat" (it's not really a cheat within limits). It is that you must limit your seafood intake when TTC due to risks of mercury and snapper is a once a week recommendation.

I still like you guys to keep it limited when TTC because the mercury can build up. So all cycle, not just after ovulation.
