This is one of those where there's no evidence about it, but most people do think it's ok because it is a natural thing that comes out in your milk anyway. That having been said, it can lower blood sugar and may make the blood clot more easily, so there's that possible effect. If your baby is 9 months or more and is eating solid food I'd personally be fine with taking it.

Thank you! Baby is 15 months. Should the ubiquinol be taken with pregnitude or instead of it? I’m not sure if it does the same thing?

They're two different things. Many people take them together.
