Hey all! Please look at my ultrasound taken transvaginally at 6 weeks and let me know if you feel girl or boy! We saw 1 strong heartbeat and 1 faint one, so my OB is thinking it may be a vanishing twin... but you never know! Thank you.

I don't know enough about Ramzi's to guess, and i think you have to know which way the uterus if facing, so guessing from this pic is impossible. Congratulations on your pregnancy though, hope they both stick!
