With my first sway I went couch potato, with the second I ran 7 days a week for a minimum of one hour but generally longer. The things I did for both were:
Femara
One attempt
Vegetarian diet
Cranberry, spearmint and fiber capsules
2 meals a day and no snacking (lunch was always my first meal of the day)

Just so people know I don't recommend cranberry and spearmint capsules because they've caused a lot of side effects, but I am so thrilled you got your girl!

Hey Atomic,
I swayed pink too only a few months after the birth of my son. And now i ll give birth in Februar/March 2022 to our litte daughter !! I am so happy about our luck !!! I thank you for all the input on this forum. Thank you, Judith from germany.
