Question 60 minutes of exercise - how intense does it have to be?

I have multiple organ prolapse (thanks previous tiny human…) so high intensity exercise is pretty much out for me… definitely more than once a week.

I can, however, walk - and I like walking. I live in a hilly place… is 60 minutes of walking daily enough to sway pink?

Walking is great and is actually my preferred form of exercise. People who try for jogging, or more physically taxing exercise often end up injured.

When I say "intense" I'm talking not about your level of exertion, but more about the amount of time spent exercising - daily for an hour - as opposed to "moderate" exercise which is defined more as 3-5 times a week for 45 minutes or less.
