Urgent help needed!!

Hi Ladies, have an urgent question I need help with. Thought I O'ed on cd 11 test and had positive opk's which faded later on in the day. I also had the ph spike which for me usually means I O'ed. Today after having a cheat this morning (argh) I noticed my cervix was still SHOW and I tested again this afternoon and surprisingly had a very strong opk! Crap!! What does this mean? Was the first one not a real result? Or have I O'ed more than once? Should I bd tonight after my cheat this morning? A bacon and egg roll at around 0830! Also DH has been doing FR twice a day.. Should he release and then BD? Argh I am so confused.. Have I stuffed up?

what CD are you on now? it could have been that your body failed to OV the first time so is trying again, or that you have a BFP there... if you have fertile CM/SHOW it's likely the former

I wouldn't worry about one cheat, it's the overall trend that matters!

Thanks Rainbowflower! Yes I think it's the former too.. I definitely had a positive opk and not too long after that a ph spike even after using rephresh the day before? I assumed the ph spike meant that I had O'ed because that is what had happened in previous cycles? Anyway, when I tested today it was such a strong positive, no doubt it is the real thing today.. At least it was only one cheat as you say, I continued my day with yoghurt and raspberries for lunch and re-tested mud afternoon. Oh well, I just have to have faith in everything else we have done. It will not stop me from having another attempt tonight.. We've come too far to stop now!

I would also guess your body tried to O the first time and it didn't happen. Usually a double-O happens within only a few hours, I'm not sure you'd see two distinct spikes. IMO doing well with diet / lifestyle is most important. All my pink dust to you

You can't O more than once (well you can, but like skrimpy says, you'd only see one pos OPK from that), the first one was a faker!! I would def. not worry about one little cheat and have DH release once, then BD again tonight.

No worries, it happens! Just think of all the ladies out there who eat bacon rolls all the time and still have girls! If one cheat could make or break a sway, all the mamas who want boys would just eat a bacon roll before BD!!

Thanks for the reassurance Ladies we ended up ignoring the cheat which was a one off anyway and dtd again last night. I was freaked out when I first saw such a strong line on the opk as I honeslty believed I had already o'ed. Anyway, I said the DH I was worried as what about the whole FR thing as since the time of AF he has been releasing twice a day, last few days release in am and dtd in the pm. Anyway, turns out he had already released in the am on the chance that we would dtd again later that day which is what is was obviously hoping for hahaha.
Anyway, this morning I have tenderness on the left side from O.... not sure if that means that I have already O'ed or am just about to. Here's hoping we catch the eggy this month
