I have been thinking that I probably wont take the cal/mag supplements but will still drink about 2 8 oz cups of skim milk a day and eat 2 cups of yogurt. Do you think that will be ok? Also I think im going to skip on doing the baby aspirin either altogether or only to ovulation or skip days. Would that be ok? Im to scared about getting pregnant while taking it. Last question I have gained 5 pounds back while taking a ttc break and been eating a lot of salty foods will that effect my sway in anyway if im on the diet for 6 weeks before and losing weight? Thanks again!

It's ok to eat/drink anything so long as you stick to 2-3 meals a day (and keep your milk to meal times too) and keep within the daily allowances of the diet. I wonder if you'll have much protein left for your meals if you eat that milk and yogurt? I don't know but it's something to check!
Why are you scared to take the baby aspirin while pregnant? It's often recommended to ladies who have had losses and HT ladies take it throughout. You can take it only a couple of times a week if that's all you're comfortable with and then wean off it altogether once you have a BFP but I wouldn't take it only AF-O. One of the advantages of baby aspirin over cranberry is that it doesn't have to be stopped at O.
I wouldn't worry at all about what you've been eating up until now. Good luck!2005

Im just so scared not to drink milk and eat yogurt since I was having so much of it when I conceived my only daughter. I normally don't eat milk or yogurt and I love cheese but with her I gave up cheese and was eating about 2 yogurts a day and milk 3 times a day. I plan on not eating a whole lot just because there's not much that I eat anyway besides soup, potatoes, green veggies, beans, and soy burgers/chicken with fries.... Im thinking my meals will normally look like this...
breakfast- peppermint tea with equal
snack- diet soda, water, or crystal light
lunch- milk, yogurt, and then something like fruit, or toast and jam.
snack- peppermint tea
snack- diet soda
dinner- rice or pasta either plan or with a veggie (green peppers, green beans, peas, or white corn), along with yogurt and milk.
snack- peppermint tea
snack- cranberry juice and salt free pretzels
so I think it will be about 2 yogurts a day and 2 cups of milk. I will have to add that up. I wonder if that will be to much protein with the pasta? Ughh I just don't know what to do!!! So stressed about this!

Yes, I think that's too much protein with the pasta. If you wanted to, you could do Miracle Noodles instead of pasta.
Your diet is really good (altho I am concerned about your potassium intake and I think it's best if you begin to track that so you don't go under 2500 mg a day.) and I don't want to get nitpicky - I can totally understand wanting to do what worked for you in the past (I still think the vitex did a lot for you with her.)It's just that I tend to think that if you feel you must do the cal-mag, supps are better because you avoid all the otehr nutrients in the milk and yogurt that way and free up calories so you can eat other things that are more satisfying.
